Are you ready for a big storm?
1. Open new document (400*400)
2. Fill background with Gradient Tool (black & withe) like on picture below
3. Go to Filter->Render->Difference Clouds
4. Invert image
5. Go to levels
6. Set levels
7. Open Hue/Saturation
8. Set Hue/Saturation
9. Now make few more and you have perfect storm
10. For the final result we'll use picture from previous tutorial (Photoshop tutorial #2)
